Nice hotel! Clean rooms, comfy beds, various types of pillows, and the nicest staff.
After being screwed by a hotel in Nashville this was the first hotel with an opening 3 hours past our supposed stop. Laketree was clean, beds were super comfy and smells great(clean). Simple hotel but would use again without question.
Love this little tucked away spot. Room was a little dated but at least u can tell they took some time and put some effort into things. Room was very clean even the fridge and microwave was clean. Staff was very nice as well.... will for sure be staying here again!!!!
The place is very nice and the rooms are cleaner and nicer than the newer hotels if you ask me , you can tell they take pride in there rooms being nice and clean !!! We stay there all the time when we go fishing at the lake . And the owner even built a fish cleaning table for all the fisherman that comes there for fishing tournaments. There is a really nice steak house down the road 7 miles called hide out steak house , really nice place and has excellent food !!!!! hope this helps you !
Rooms very clean, beds were pretty comfortable, water pressure is surprisingly great. The girl at the desk was super personable too! I can't think of anything bad to say about this hotel.
Very friendly staff, one of the least expensive hotel rooms I've had in a very long time. Older building and dated bathroom, but everything worked and was clean. Nice big tv, minifridge and little microwave. It was an unexpected stop in a winter storm and the heater was set to 70 so it was nice and warm like it was waiting for me. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows OK, which was nice because I spent longer than usual there. The breakfast was limited, but at the price I paid I didn't expect anything, so the coffee and muffins were a nice bonus. They also loaned me an ice scraper.
Was looking for a hotel in this area, and most had bad reviews. This place had good reviews. When I pulled up.the outside did not impress me, and was worried. The room was very clean, appeared newly updated and was very comfortable.
I decided to stay at this hotel after driving for some time and getting tired. I called ahead of time to ask for directions because it's a little confusing once you get off the highway but I found it after getting the directions with no problem. The man at the desk was super helpful and gave me the room right by the exit so that I could take my dog out. They are dog friendly. The room was clean. It is not a luxury motel but it was comfortable, safe and clean. The shower had a nice water pressure which is always important to me while traveling. The price was reasonable and they offered coffee in the morning. I would stay again.
They are really clean and quaint. I would totally recommend. I was a little taken aback when I went into the room. They are the softest beds ever. The lady at the front counter was so sweet.
Cool place. Only thing I have bad to say is they need bigger towels. It's kind of hard to dry off with hand towels. But besides that pretty cool.
